  Shared soft-delete confirmation modal.

  Include once on any page that renders listing "Delete" triggers (My Listings,
  Listing Details). A trigger supplies `data-del-url` (the delete POST endpoint)
  and `data-del-title`; main.js `initDeleteModal()` points the form at that URL
  and fills in the title on `show.bs.modal`. Deletion is soft (see
  `soft_delete_listing`) — conversations, offers and analytics are preserved.
